Entertainment only
PickLogic is an entertainment tool. Pick strategies, statistics, and number frequencies are for fun and variety. Nothing in PickLogic improves your chances of winning any lottery. Every lottery drawing is random.
Not affiliated with any lottery
PickLogic is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Powerball, Mega Millions, the Multi-State Lottery Association, Washington's Lottery, or any other lottery operator. All names belong to their respective owners.
Always verify with the official lottery
Results shown in PickLogic come from a third-party data feed and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm results with the official lottery before claiming a prize or discarding a ticket. PickLogic is not responsible for any lost, discarded, or unclaimed ticket, or for any decision you make based on information in the app.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Usernames
Usernames are public. Do not choose one that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal information. We may change or remove any username, and suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
No warranty
PickLogic is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PickLogic and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any losses related to lottery play.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
